How transparent are you in your online business?

Transparency in business is a must whether online or offline. What for? How could you be rated credible business operator if you are not transparent. You have to declare you products legit or not. Don't boost during your promotion online that your products are original, let's say for example jewelry. Be transparent that what you're promoting are jewelry on fashion in order to gain trust and respect from the viewers of your promotion via YouTube or mp4 video.

Pricing must also correlate with the quality of your products promoted online. Rest assured your profit will be skyrocketing. Sky is the limit of your sales if do an honest and transparent business online. Agree?

I agree your point.. Every company should reveal it's profile, who they are , what are they doing , what are their products, who are their valued customers like that ... As you said transperancy boost the company to another level..

The business owner must be transparent on the products they are selling as original or not so the customers will not get angry the time their orders arrived thinking them as original but they turned out to be fake. The business owner will be rated insanely liar.

Transparency is one of the most important things. if you are not transparent enough, you will always find many customers who may not be able to trust you in the first place. Having said that, creation of specific kind of customer-friendly policies is one of the keys when it comes to business transparency. This allows the customers certain rights to know more about your business.

The customers will always be loyal to the business owners if being treated with transparency and honesty. Money is the target to make a better living, however, it will only happen if the business owners don't t twist the truth. One false move would mean losing customers forever.

That is very true that product or service that you are offering must have a clear description and price tag,no hidden fees.Above all it must be of quality and wholesome to the consumer.So product quality must always be at centre stage.

That's so right no hoarding of quality products and dispose them only if they're out of stock and double the price which discouraged the customers. Sometimes price tags are altered. It seems something is fishy.
 
I noticed this a couple of times when it comes to price tags in an offline store,i also encountered a similar challenge on amazon when i got a free app for downloading audio books.Even if it was a free trial they had to deduct the money from my account first and only refunded me after 30 days.There was a hidden cost to their product.
 
They're not transparent about the cost and pricing. It creates chaos because there are people who don't like to be cheated especially in broad daylight. Transparency gives impact to humanity and community where the business operates.
 
When it comes to running my business, i am not perfect but i try my best to be as perfect as i can be. I always try to be discipline in terms of the promises i give to customers. I wont tell them things I can't do or deliver simply because i want their money.

That's also what I'm doing to my milk tea business to be transparent and accommodating too. Customers will show you the same in return of your honesty. There are many things to consider I'm running a business.

I think that this is not at all a big secret. There are many big businesses out there and they tend to be very transparent. I must say that this is one of the main reasons why they tend to be so successful in the first place. They have policies that help customers in many different ways. This is why they are so successful. This obviously involves being transparent at a higher level.

It is very important to be transparent otherwise no one will believe us. It is not also hard to explain something that may cause confusion to customers like a sudden increase in prices. It must be made sure about the return policy despite online, we need to replace the times sincerely.That is how to retain customers. They are assets not liabilities to our business.
 
That's right if weren't transparent in our business people won't trust us anymore and they will never come back. It's also good to listen to their needs. That's one way to get closer to our customers. That's what we call camaraderie.

We must try to understand that transparency is something which may be important due to many different reasons. This should be understood from the customer's perspective and in a really different way. Just imagine being a customer and not knowing how the business operates and how it works. Customers do have some rights over businesses.

The duty and rights of the customers are good services and quality products. The pricing is also very important as one way to show transparency to them. Being transparent means legitimate products displayed in the business center.
 
Honesty is the best policy and it's synonymous to transparency. Being transparent in dealing with your customers will bring them closer to your business. That's also one basis for customer loyalty and retention.
 
An online business enterprise that fails to be transparent with its online contacts is not sustainable. Although such dishonest business may get away with this transgression in the short term, it is bound to find itself in the crosshairs of online contacts sooner than later.

Any existing and aspiring online business venture out there should stand guided accordingly.
