According to the report, tributes began pouring in quickly from political and religious leaders following the death of Pope Francis. King Charles, who met with the Pope earlier this month, said he and his wife were "deeply saddened" following his death. In a statement issued on Monday, the King said: "His Holiness will be remembered for his compassion, his concern for the unity of the Church and his tireless commitment to the common causes of all people of faith, and to those of goodwill who work for the benefit of others."

A royal source also said the Union flag will be flown at half mast at royal residences where the King is not in residence, and sombre music will be played at the Changing of the Guard ceremony to reflect "the sadness of the occasion."Church bells rang out across the world to honour the late Pope, from the Notre Dame in Paris to a lone bell at St Bartholomew in Bulacan in the Philippines, which tolled 88 times to signify Francis' 88 years of life.

President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social: “Rest in Peace, Pope Francis! May God bless him and all who loved him!”He also ordered that all American flags will be flown at half-mast over the White House, government buildings and military posts across the country and its overseas territories until sunset.

US Vice President JD Vance, who met with the Pope on Sunday, the day before he died, paid tribute, saying: "My heart goes out to the millions of Christians all over the world who loved him.“I was happy to see him yesterday, though he was obviously very ill."But I’ll always remember him for the homily he gave in the very early days of Covid. It was really quite beautiful. May God rest his soul."

May God go with all the Glory, and may the dearest and beloved Pope rest in eternal peace. Jesus Christ is the light of the world and the only way to Heaven. His disciples are little lights reflecting His glory. The closer we get to God, the brighter our light will shine. As Christians, we want to follow the teachings of the Bible. It's very important to remember that we can't earn our way to Heaven. Salvation is a gift by grace through faith.

A lot of leaders would be sad about this news no doubt, and many of them would want to pay their last respect.
That is right.. many cardinals from the Philippines will attend the funeral of Pope Francis together with the elite group in my country.

Even in Gaza it's told that he called the priests there every evening praying for attended for peace to restore. It's attendees by Palestinian catholics. They're now in deep sorrow for no more Pope to console them.
