How would a service business manage customers that just can't wait?

I think this is peculiar to service based business where one person has to be served before the next customer. Businesses like barbing, makeup, laundry and those kinds of businesses.

There are some customers that just want to come in and be served immediately. If they come in and there is a queue, they leave immediately. How do you handle such kinds of businesses?

You can create a separate tier that is express service. Customers that can't wait pay more to be served immediately.

I always book another appointment for those customers that can't wait. I can't jump the queue to serve one customer.
