How would you manage a $7 amount as your daily survival allowance?

Imagine that you are given a $7 daily allowance to fund your life and survival for a day. How would you allocate expenses with that amount for it to be able to be sufficient for your daily livelihood.

Quite simple for me though. $5 for food daily and $2 for transportation and other utilities. How would you manage such amount to meet your daily needs?

$7 will definitely be enough for me to spend on a daily basis, especially if there is no unplanned expenses coming up. I should be able to save as well cause there are days i don't eat.

Cost of living in my country is really low and $7 would take you a whole day of you don't eat out and use public transport. $4 for food, $2 for miscellaneous and $2 for transportation within the city. $1 still left.

Cost of living is very high here but I think I can still manage for $7 a day occasionally. But I have to eat just bread for breakfast, and save the rest of allowance for lunch and dinner.

That means the cost of living is really high. A highly financially efficient single person might be able to manage that amount for two days. Economy differs though.

Avoid eating out as much as possible, cook large batches to have leftovers, shop at discounted grocery stores or use coupons to maximize your budget.
