Industrial actions and strikes are part of the rights of employees of any organization. It always happens when negotiations break down with the employer. What would you do if your staff decide to go on strike for one reason or the other?

Would you sack all the striking workers for contempt?

You would incur the wrath of the public if you sack your staff because they had a strike. The best thing is to negotiate with them.

The best bet is to negotiate with them after finding out what the issues are. You try to resolve issues as a good leader and not sweeping them under the carpet.
Exactly that's the best way cause the truth of the matter no customer would wait for you, once your workers go on strike they would go to another place that is functioning.

I think you can avoid constantly strikes on your business company by ensuring that the staffs are happy at the workplaces.
Before staff go on strike, there must have been something they have been trying to communicate with the owner and he or she is not listening.
