Html files not getting uploaded

I am trying to upload some HTML files for my domain name, and I am finding that the html files are not present in the cpanel hosting account. What could be the reason why html files are disappearing ?

It will not inside cpanel. Cpanel contains a lot of stuff. In it you must find Online File Manager. You must upload files in htdocs folder if you want be visible.

Don't worry for me. I know what I do. I uploaded and downloaded many files from there.

Sorry you experience such kind of problem. That could be mentally exhausting. Try to repeat the same procedures. I have not experienced it though.

I am not expert level. Upload or download files is on basic level of understanding how webhosting cpanel works. Expert level is completely something else.
