Husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi, Peter Nwachukwu, sentenced to death by hanging.

Justice Nwosu-Iheme of a FCT High Court Wuse Zone 2 in Abuja today April 28, sentenced the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi, Peter Nwachukwu, to de@th by hanging.

He was always battering the late singer she led to her death in 2022. The court found Nwachukwu guilty of culpable homicide resulting in the death of the celebrated singer on April 8, 2022.

While delivering his judgment, Justice Nwosu-Iheme held that the prosecution had proven the burden of proof placed on it by the law and subsequently found the defendant guilty.


Nwachukwu first was arraigned on June 3, 2022, by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (OAGF), on behalf of the Federal Government, on a 23-count charge.

The charge was on culpable homicide punishable with death, criminal intimidation, cruelty to children, criminal intimidation of children, spousal battery, among others.

It is very painful and unfortunate that a family that suppose to be living together and loving themselves is no more because of careless behavior and lack of understanding. The wife is death and the husband will follow by hanging, what is the fate of the children?

So this man really contributed to the death of the singer through his insecurity. Very terrible indeed.

My problem is just the children now I hope they are in safe hands and the government needs to help out

It is well, i thought this case has even ended, i was not aware it's still going on. This is one major reasons why we need to be careful who we get married to.

Yes it is very very important to know the person we are getting married to.. Sometimes the person is not even worth the stress

That's why it is better to stay single and stay alive. What is the usefulness of getting married to a monster man that would kill you?

Yeah women in domestic violence should leave to live. it doesn't make sense to stay and still die like a fowl
