I checked my expenses for the month! And I screamed.

Just yesterday, I logged into my main banking app and just casually, I decided to check how much I have spent for the month. I screamed when I saw the figure. I didn't even know I make such amount, not to talk of spending same. Have you checked your monthly expenses?

I once checked my expenses and I was amazed at the figures. it is always scary so I stopped checking it

Most times you would think you are not spending much or notting is coming your way until you go through how much you have been spending, then you would be surprised cause you can't even detect what you did with all that money.

Yes, I check my expenses every month. In some months, I spent more because some bills are paid on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis.

I review my monthly expenses and am surprised by how much I spend, including rent. It keeps rising because of inflation. Yikes!

if you check your spending all the time you might just be so discouraged to try to spend at all because it would look like you are spending unnecessarily
