According to the report, Israel’s assassination of Hassan Nasrallah was the culmination of decades of extensive spy infiltration and intelligence, according to a report.
The report said that a New York Times Times investigation reveals how extensively Israeli spies had penetrated the Hezbollah group. Israel’s two decades of “methodical intelligence” work was in preparation for an all-out war that many expected would eventually come.
The report added that the NYT report claims the Israeli spies recruited people to plant listening devices in Hezbollah bunkers. The Israeli spies even tracked meetings between a top commander and his four “mistresses”, and had near-constant visibility into the movements of Hezbollah leaders.
That was a successful plan of the IDF to eliminate Nasrallah. He was too nosy and bossy and what he wanted to happen was to kill. He was not able to achieve his evil plan though. Nasrallah and the other Hezbollah leaders had underestimated a lot of what Israeli secret services could do and it cost them dearly. Hamas and Hezbollah never expected Israel to wage a full-scale war. They thought they would do a few air strikes and end the hostage deal.
