According to the report , the Israel military is said to be mulling a strike on Iran’s nuclear sites following the fall of the` Assad regime in Syria.
The report dad that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) is continuing to increase its readiness and preparations for such potential strikes in Iran, as per the Times of Israel.
The report added that the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) also fears that Tehran may push ahead further with its nuclear program and develop a bomb to replace its deterrence.
The report also stated that Israel believes that Iran is isolated after the fall of Syria’s Bashar Al-Assad and the weakening of Hezbollah in Lebanon. With the weakening of Tehran’s ‘axis of resistance’, Tel Aviv sees it as the most opportune moment to hit its arch-foe.
Many are having a high doubt about it. From the looks of it, neither Syria nor Iran even tried hard to stop the rebels. It looks like Assad just got tired after more than 20 years of rule and just gave up. It is now the right time for Israel to strike Iran. Iran was weaken after the downfall of Assad and the Hezbollah.
