When it comes to owning a business and having staff work for you, it is a certainty that you would have to pay them salary. Which day of the month would you love to pay your staff to maintain positive energy in the organization amongst the staff?

I also think that is a very good time to pay staff. I would say mine would fall between the 28th and 30th of every month.

Yes this dates is very perfect for paying them, you don't have to wait till 31st or the new month before paying.

I would rather wait till the end of the month before payment is made. Some staff can be really wicked, they know they're going to leave yet they won't say it, they just get their pay and abscond without prior notice.

Even if you are paying the staff at the end of the month, the ones that want to ghost you, they would still leave without any information.

I prefer to pay my staff on the 25th of every month.

I understand that fact. But it is better for you to start a new month with a new staff than to start looking for replacement in the middle of the month.

Any day that an organization pays is fine. The key thing is for them to be consistent to stick to the set day.

If the employee resumed working in that organisation on the 10th, it might be understandable paying them on that day.
