Managing a business is indeed tiresome. I can prove it to myself. It is what I experienced mental and emotional stress. My sister advised me to find someone to assume my business, but I assured her that I could manage. I have two staff and I also encourage them to work harder, to keep on burning their desires to help me because I also help them with their personal needs. It is tiresome but I will never quit. You have to do the same. It's part of our journey in business, but we can outsmart stress through applying SMART.

Having a little break is actually a great way to get yourself back together. We tend to make wrong decisions when we are feeling tired or pressured and all, but if we can just take out time to rest abit before thinking, it would help us see things clearly.

Whether you're a business owner or not, giving up is not an option. Take a rest and recharge, whether that means visiting a relaxing place or doing your favorite hobby. This will help you return to your work or business feeling refreshed and ready to face new challenges.
