Yes there are times where i am sick and am not able to do any job, i simply rest and heal, at the end of the day, my health is also important.
If you just run a small business and just have 1 staff, getting sick will affect the operation of the business. But if you have employed a few employees, getting sick and being absent from work for a short while is okay.
The illness of the business owner will not affect a large business with several staff, only if the business is small , it can create a problem with no one doing the daily chores.
