Dear Discussion Bucks Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address an important update regarding our withdrawal request policy.

In the past, we have shown leniency by processing payments even when requests were submitted later than the designated withdrawal dates. However, to maintain the sustainability and efficiency of our platform, we will be implementing stricter guidelines moving forward.

Effective immediately:

  • Withdrawal Processing Dates: Payments will only be processed on the 15th and last day of every month. Gold Members, however, can continue to request withdrawals every Friday.
  • Submission Deadline: Members wishing to withdraw their funds on the 15th and last day of the month must have their withdrawal requests submitted by 9:00 PM Eastern Time (01:00 UTC) on the respective day. For Gold Members, the same policy applies—9:00 PM Eastern Time (01:00 UTC) on Fridays is the latest time to request a withdrawal. Any requests received after these times will be deferred to the next withdrawal date.
  • Membership-Level Specific Withdrawals: Certain withdrawal options are only available to members based on their subscription level (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Below is a list of withdrawal options and the respective membership levels required:
    • PayPal: $3 Minimum (Available to all members)
    • ApeCoin: $3 Minimum (Gold Members only)
    • Bitcoin: $3 Minimum (Available to Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members)
    • Dai: $3 Minimum (Gold Members only)
    • Dogecoin: $3 Minimum (Available to Silver, and Gold Members)
    • Litecoin: $3 Minimum (Available to Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members)
    • SHIBA INU: $3 Minimum (Gold Members only)
    • USD Coin: $3 Minimum (Available to Silver, and Gold Members)
    • Members must ensure their subscription meets the required level for the chosen withdrawal option. Discussion Bucks will deny any withdrawal requests from members who do not meet the criteria to withdraw specific options if their subscription membership status does not align with what is required.
  • Active Membership Requirement: Discussion Bucks is not obligated to process withdrawals for members whose memberships have expired before the withdrawal dates. Memberships must be active at the time of payment processing. If a membership is required for a particular withdrawal option and is not active during processing, the payment request will be denied.
  • Payment Denial Notifications: If a payment is denied for any reason, the member will be notified of the denial reason via a notification. If a payment is denied after the specified withdrawal deadline, any new withdrawal requests will not be processed until the next scheduled withdrawal date.
This change is being made to ensure an organized and efficient process, allowing us to keep up with payments in a timely manner. Moreover, this structure supports the long-term sustainability of Discussion Bucks. Sustainability is not only about managing revenue and expenses; it's about ensuring that our operations are streamlined and reliable, fostering a stable environment for all our members to thrive.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this policy. Together, we can continue to grow and sustain the vibrant community that Discussion Bucks has become.
Thank you for being a valued member of our platform.

Best regards,

Good evening @Devin, if I have understood well, is it correct to submit a payment request between the first day of the month and the 14th to see the withdrawal on the 15th?
Wishing for the maintenance of the sustainability of DiscussionBucks.

You may submit a payment request at any time. However, the cut off to receive a payment is no later than 9pm ET (1:00 UTC) on withdrawal dates to receive your payment on the 15th and last day of each month. I hope that makes sense.

Thank you for the information.

I think there is an xenforo addon to place cash out requests because not everyone could be online on that date especially if you set up one address or even configure from your profile main withdrawal address if having multiples then forward funds from there.

I apologize for any confusion. We utilize all the necessary addons to ensure our community functions smoothly. Members can request a cash out at any time, and this option has always been available. If you're unable to submit a request by the withdrawal deadlines (the 15th and the end of the month), please ensure it's submitted a day or two in advance. Meeting the deadline is the member's responsibility, and missed requests will be processed during the next pay period.
