Inadequate management is considered one factor for business failure. A business owner does not only manage finances, he does manage too his workers, his office staff, security guards, product suppliers, customers, services and personal life.

If there's something he would miss to manage especially the product and customer services his business may dive to low sales. It will be better for the business owner to delegate some important roles to skilled and quality staff to make his business boom.

There are so many businesses out there today with high potential that has failed due to poor management. No matter how good your business plan is, once there is poor management, it would be extremely hard to succeed.

I agree on that, mismanagement is the real culprit for a business downfall. The owner must not relax all the time. He must function his commonsense and sensitivity well.

I think a business owner mustccheck how much he is generating that will prompt him to employ professional staffs. Every business need funds to empower and make positive changes in the business. A business owner who don't make this calculation is likely to fail

After a business has been set up, the next major work is how to manage that business. If a business is not managed properly, all efforts put in to set up the business would go to waste as the business would eventually go down.

You are right. It is always better to ask someone who knows how to do something to help us. We can't do everything on our own, and that is okay. If there is something we do not know how to do, it is best to find someone who can help us and do a good job.
