Incorrect name used in feedback request

I had booked a room in a timeshare which I had purchased more than a decade ago, and the feedback request did not use my name, it used a name of a stranger who I have not interacted with. What could be the reason why the strangers name was used in the feedback request? Are the databases of the timeshare company hacked, due to which the names of the customers booking rooms are altered?
