Incredible price of lemon grass at $ 5 a kilo 😏

My eyes cannot believe the price performance of a lemon grass at $5 a kilo. I learned it yesterday it's a market day here and I planned to buy a lemon grass to mix it to beef stew. We don't miss to add lemon grass apart from other ingredients, but to my surprise,lemon grass which was once a very cheap thing is now competing. Two years ago the price of lemon grass was very cheap 5 cents in USD. I only bought few pieces of lemon grass. It seems we need to plant now in our vacant space at home, the one we can afford to plant even in pots if our backyard lacks space. My sister planted few pieces of lemon grass that I bought, Some have roots ready to plant. So why buy when we can plant. So if you are not lazy, plant.

That is right,mate. I planted spring onions, tomatoes, and cabbage in rubber pots and damaged basins. I do not anymore understand the prices here. They are insanely increasing. It is alarming
