Indian men still need to change their attitude towards marriage

The men in India still think of getting married when they want a unpaid maid and bed mate servant at home with security. This security is dowry both in cash and kind which the men and their families thing as their birth right.
The moment the bride enter the house they expect her to do all the household work when the other women at home can do those work two. In addition they want the bride's family to send gifts and money often. This attitude is leading to family dispute and then divorce. The working woman now doesn't tolerate this torturous attitude and start protesting which breaks the relationship.

Marriage is divine and sacred. Marriage will not work if both parties don't have understanding and integrity. Both parties must be responsible before marriage will work. Nowadays, a lot of couples cannot be able to withstand the economic stress of marriage.

This mindset is completely wrong, marrying someone does not make them your maid, rather both partners are to help and assist one another with mutual respect.
