Instagram post should be managed by its owner.

Recently in my city a student of class 10 posted something objectionable on instragram that led to police case. The school authorities weren't able to manage the whole issue efficiently. The result was the boy committed suicide. Had instragram managed objectionable post well this death wouldn't have happened.

I don't think Instagram would be able to control everything people post though, especially if it does not go against their rules. This is why we need to be extremely careful what we post.

Obscene post should be controlled. There should be some handle created by the software developers that would not upload something objectionable.

Yes that's true, most of these social media platforms now have this, most times after posting, they delete it then send a message telling you what you posted does not follow their guidelines.

What kind of objectionable post was it? Was he young ? It should be better for parents to sallow their children to join in a social media.

Why didn't they delete this boys post. He wouldn't have committed suicide.
