If an investor is making a loss due to fraud in the internet sector here, they will purchase a low value item to reduce expenses. The fraudsters have contacted the seller, and told him to humiliate/insult the investor, do you think the right way to deal with regular customers?

I invest on Mutual Funds of a nationalized bank. Private companies and their sellers mostly are frauds.
