When a customer visits the office of a major insurance company and gives address proof, they claim that the address is corrected for all the insurance policies. Yet after a few days, the insurance company sends an email claiming that the address is in goa, when the customer has specifically asked for a mumbai address and also provided a passport as address proof. Are the insurance companies databases hacked to show incorrect goa address or is a rogue employee changing the address to the incorrect goa mailing address?
