Insurance seller misleading buyers

The staff of insurance companies are misleading the customers falsely claiming that the insurance has to be paid for 5 years, when the documents show that the annual premium has to be paid for 7 years. Has anyone else faced this problem?

These sellers are simply after sales, so they would do anything just to ensure that people buy their insurance. Unfortunately this also includes lying to them.

No, it never happened here; the policyholders read the policy before purchasing the insurance. That is bad, telling lies.

This is a bad sale person and you can find them in different aspect of life which is bad.

I have never experienced this. In fact, people usually read the policy's terms and conditions before signing any contract.
