There is this friend of mine that is trying to expand his business into another country. The law of that country states that for an international business to operate, they must have an indigene of the country as the manager of the business.

Do you think that is a fair law for international business?

Each country has different rules, so if your friend is going to expand his business to another country, he must obey the law in that country by placing a native as a manager, of course the businessman will also get benefits such as local managers will be more familiar with the conditions of the country and the needs of the community and how to approach consumers.
