Internet connection stops working

Though I have paid for the internet connection for more than 50 days, it suddenly stopped working for at least one hour. What could be the reason why the connection was disrupted?

It could maybe the type of connection you're using or background unused applications that use your data while offline or the could be problems with your internet

It might simply be a network issue, i think the best thing to do would be to contact your customer care.

After I faced the problem with one internet connection and it got resolved, I faced the same problem with another SIM in the morning, though it got resolved later.
