Internet connection working for only one hour daily

I have noticed that for the last 45 days or more, the internet connection is usually only working properly for one hour daily, otherwise it is getting disconnected almost immediately. What could be the reason why the connection gets disconnected the rest of the day after approximately a minute?

I have not experienced something like this, so am not really sure. Have you tried contacting your service provider?

I feel that my internet connection is being closely monitored and it is being blocked to cause losses, waste my time, and some powerful people are involved.
