Many could attest that introverts could be great entrepreneurs owners of small businesses. Introverts are very focused and persistent, able to work independently, creative, detail-oriented, and good at communicating. They need to finish a project from start to finish. These traits can keep the company going when things get tough. They can finish a task on time, they don't need supervision, and they can work independently. They also have active imagination which is considered a good asset in developing new products or services for their own company. They may be at a party but it is assured that they can communicate well and minggle with people.

There should be a balance between being introverted as an entrepreneur and being able to relate with people generally as a business person. Business involves interaction with people ranging from suppliers, customers and investors. Taking an introvert posture with these people is not going ideal.

It's proven by experts and psychologists that introverts are good entrepreneurs of small businesses so it means they're not capable in managing big businesses that require external negotiations and verbal communications.

Definitely. Like myself i am an introvert, i could be around for a whole week and no one would even know. I dont like going out to places unless it is really important or i have something i need to do, immediately i am done, i go home. But when it comes to my business, if it requires me talking then i would talk.

Business involves negotiations, explanations, and other social activities. You must interact. If you want to do introvert as a business person, so many business stakeholders would ride on you.

It is very easy to cheat, exploit business owners who are introverts after criminally defaming them. Since the introverts do not have many friends, they do not get the opportunity to defend themselves against fake allegations and are ruthlessly exploited by the powerful.

And also introverts like challenges and have a problem solving trait , they tend to be more focused and spend more time on problems till they get them solved , these attributes makes up a great business person.

That is absolutely correct. Introverts are also great partners of a company or business. They can be trusted since. They can work well and have a good sense of well-being.

OF course introvert will work without any problem and they are more focused on their works instead of talkin with others, but the things is being entrepreneur need a good communicating ability that needs to talk and convince others like customers, workers and investors to interact with them.

Introverts can be trusted, they are far away from temptations because they prefer to stay home and seldom go out with a trusted friend or with the family. They can also work without a supervision.

A true introvert will struggle in some niches in business as an entrepreneur. You'll often have to interact with others, solve problems, often be aggressive to get desired results. Most introverts eventually learn some social skills to succeed as entrepreneurs.

Introvert entrepreneurs could become good because they do not participate in nonsense arguments or gossip. They like to get busy thinking of improving their businesses. They always like to be alone and do tasks alone.

That right introverts can finish a task on time, they don't need supervision, and they can work independently. I can say this from experience
Am so sure you're an extrovert mate, but there are introverts who are wise enough to jive with the extroverts. I'm extrovert and happy to always mingle with people. Extroverts are also deep thinkers not only introverts.
