Iran Court Overturns Rapper Toomaj Salehi's Death Sentence. The death sentence of Iranian rapper Toomaj Salehi was overturned by the court. His lawyers said that the Supreme Court has ordered a retrial of his case. He was arrested in 2022 for supporting anti-government protests.

Iran government is very strict especially when you display westernideologies. But, it is not judicial reasonable to sentence a rapist to death.
