According to the report, Ahmed al-Golani, the leader of the rebel alliance that toppled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, has vowed to dissolve the security forces of the previous regime and shut down notorious prisons known for torture and killings.

The report said that Rights groups estimate nearly 60,000 people were tortured and killed in Assad-run facilities, with Syrians now searching these infamous prisons for their loved ones. Al-Golani pledged justice for victims while preventing violent reprisals after the 13-year civil war.

The report also stated that rejecting allegations of foreign support, al-Golani stated the rebels fought with locally manufactured weapons and no external backing. He called for displaced Syrians to return to rebuild the nation and restore its dignity.

Meanwhile, the new Syrian government expressed gratitude to several countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Italy, for reopening diplomatic missions, with Qatar announcing plans to follow soon.

Hoping for peace in Syria which is now ruled by rebels. The Assads were devils, killing thousands of innocent people. They must be persecuted in the public plaza in Syria.
