Is anyone using the local bitcoins wallet?

Which one is the local bitcoin wallet? Is it specific to a particular country? I have actually never heard of a local bitcoin wallet. Or this is just a desperate attempt to create a topic and earn?
In the beginning of my online journey,l had always thought that, the localbitcoin wallet was the main wallet for use.

As far as I know, LocalBitcoin wallet has been closed down a year ago, especially for trading services, so you should move your Bitcoin to another wallet soon. It is feared that the wallet service will also be closed and your Bitcoin will be lost because you do not have the private key.

But wasn't Localbitcoin shut down for good a few years ago? Or am I wrong?
Yes, it was shut down years ago and it was not a wallet, it was actually an exchange platform where you could exchange in person with someone in your city.

Was it a Decentralized wallet? That means it didn't have wallet addresses to send bitcoins to?
Localbitcoins was not a wallet, it was a platform to buy and sell bitcoins locally. It was more of a peer to peer platform.

The platform shut down a long time ago. It was basically a peer to peer marketplace with focus on trading with local people, especially those you can meet in person to buy and sell.
