Is Bitcoin Really Better Than Real Estate in Investment?

Among experts, mentors and investors, there is often a debate about which is better, Bitcoin or real estate. However, they all also admit that the era has changed from property, gold to bonds, mutual funds, and stocks, but now the investment era has also changed, many investors have targeted crypto/Bitcoin. It is proven that many forex exchanges and stock exchanges also trade Bitcoin. From their chats/debates, I heard several reasons why Bitcoin is superior to real estate, namely:
Bitcoin has no depreciation while real estate must be depreciated every year which requires maintenance costs, Bitcoin is only taxed when transactions are either buying/selling and swapping. while real estate is always taxed even if there is no transaction. What do you think?

Well, I don't really deal with Bitcoin but I still that real estate is still better if you are to choose one. Real estate would appreciate overtime

I believe that Bitcoin is still very far more profitable than real estate for long term investment of up to four years.
