Is democracy the ideal type of governance structure?

A democratic government responds to the people's needs. The ability of a non-democratic administration to address the needs of the populace is contingent upon the desires of the ruling class. In a democracy, the people's needs must be taken care of by the ruling class. Thus, in my opinion, democracy is the ideal form of government.

We can't for sure say that democracy is the ideal kind of government structure. But to a large extent, it breeds stability. Though the voice of the minority is stiffled, the popularity of the common choice is what drives the society.

Democracy is by far better than the rest. Though it have its loopholes. Democracy gives the masses opportunity to have a say in the government. While it is good system of government, it breeds high level of corruption.

Democracy takes from the hands of the politicians and powerful people and hands it over into the hands of the masses. But that is only for places where democracy really works.
