It depends on the organization, government policy. Though many companies claim that they treat people equally, they want diversity, in realty only some people are favored in the corporate world. Typically tall, slim, good looking and young looking people are favored, short people are openly discriminated against.

I also see it this way, some companies talk about diversity in the corporate environment, but in practice we see that things are different, we live in a world where hypocrisy reigns and this will never change, unfortunately it is the culture of human beings. like this.
