Is it every skill that a person has that must be monetized?

The side hustle culture has taken over conversations about business and finance. Some people say that every skill that a person has, he or she must use it to make money.

I want to ask. Is it every skill that a person has that must be monetized? What about burnouts?

There is no way that one would be able to monetize all the skills that they have. They can pick one or two ans monetize.

I don't think it is all skills, we might not even be able to monetize all. There are some skills i can monetize but i don't cause i won't even have the time to build on that.

There are some skills that are monetized in a particular location and not in another location. I believe all skills can be monetized.
