Is it hard to get good at html5?

I plan to use html5 or Unity at some point to develop/code a online poker game. I think html5 might be the direction I choose.

How hard is it to master html5?

HTML5 is easy because of the modern features it comes with. Mastering the concepts and uses of HTML is easier when you're directly applying the knowledge to developing your first web page.
