I have customers that have have told that it is unthinkable for them to patronize another brand. And these customers have been with me from the very first day I started my business till now.

Do you think it is just quality that would make a customer loyal to a business for as long as ten years?
 
It is not only quality that could make a customer loyal. Sometimes is the addition of extra quantity might make you most preferred. It might even be the reduction in price which might enable customers to buy in large quantities. These petty things matter as well.
 
In these days, it is not quality alone that brings such loyalty to a business. It is more about relationship.

Well said, it's not actually something that happens overnight, but it is built on consistent trust, therefore consistency also plays an important role.
 
Keeping a customer for over ten years, it is beyond quality. It is also about how the business has been able to handle mistakes and become a partner in the life of the customer.
