There are some industries that have businesses that are very big and established. They employ the best hands available as staff.

Is it possible for a small business to poach the staff of such an established business, unsettle him or her and snatch the staff to come work for the small business? How?

i totally agrees with this. Some established places are not just it. You would even detest the job even with a big pay
