Is it possible for a staff to leave your organization and still be in good terms with you as the boss? How?

For some people, when a staff leaves the organization, such staff become an enemy of the organization. But I know it is possible for a staff to leave an organization and still remain in good terms with the business owner? How can a staff leave your business and still be in good terms with you?

I still go to the former organization that I worked and I still get a very good welcome by former and new colleagues, including my former boss.

I have left the last company I worked for many years ago. I still visit my boss and ex-colleagues once in a while.

Yes it's very possible, it mostly depends on why and how the staff left. I have seen a lot of people who left where they work but still visit there once in awhile because they are in good terms with the people there.

It depends on how you quit your job or ask your boss for permission to leave the organization with a reasonable reason. Although in general the relationship between boss and employee ends when there is no more working relationship.
