Is it possible to make money through email marketing now?

Before, most marketers are making money through email marketing. But now it seems email marketing is becoming increasingly difficult to convert to real money. A lot of people don't even check their emails again probably due to availability of many messaging apps like WhatsApp.
Do you think email- marketing is still lucrative as before?

Yes it's possible to make money through email marketing, but I don't think it's that common or easy as it uses to be back then.

Yes. It is possible to make money through email marketing. One of my friend is earning by this process.

I still receive a lot of email marketing messages. I do read the messages sometimes. It is still one way to promote your business effectively.

You can use emails to promote to your customers/members but I wouldn't rely on it for sales, maybe a little boost.

I have heard that its possible to make money through email marketing but I am yet to come across a site that actually pays to do such. I have seen a lot of scam sites in regards to this. Is there anyone who knows a legit site that pays to do email marketing?
