According to verified information, it is not possible to recover stolen. But i read an article that the writer is claiming that is now possible to recover stolen cryptocurrency. I find it difficult to believe because in crypto you only deal with wallet addresses which constitutes digits and alphabets?

I do not think hackers are over the laws the proof if someone stole a company like ByGite or Kraken then the police will go and import him from his country to the country that where exists this company and has to pay back the funds or stay rest of his life in the prison that is why hackers intend to hack individuals and not companies.

But hackers who steal crypto are rarely caught by the police, many crypto exchanges are hacked but the hackers disappear. Moreover, we are just individuals who cannot afford the costs of the investigation. so I think the crypto that has been lost will be very difficult to get back.

Some websites could have mark if it is binance wallet or kucoin wallet or coinbase wallet tag means you could contact service of this company to have funds back especially if you make a complain to the police.

I agree with you, in general hackers and crypto thieves put the stolen crypto into the mixer wallet, so that when it comes out it will be difficult to trace, especially if the hacker carries out transactions on the dark web using stolen crypto, they will certainly lose track of them. So in my opinion any offer of recovering lost crypto is a scam.

You are right, it is very hard to recover it, and also if a person plans to hack to our wallet and wants to still our money then they make sure that they can't be traced and they use different methods in order to make it difficulty. and they don't use those centralized crypto wallets like binance and coinbase because they ask a KYC verifications.

However after death life they will pay back the stolen token even owner did not recover them in this life.

It is better to go to wallets that doesn't provide seed phrase so you are out of responsibility, some wallets doesn't disclose them to users so you don't have this risk of stolen funds especially non multi signature wallet.

Simply put, you are recommending people to use crypto exchanges to keep their crypto. But that is not safe either. They can close anytime.

I do not mean 1 day old exchange I mean reputable exchanges like binance for example or kucoin or gate or similar websites reputable on the market for example.

I think it's very advisable for people to store their coins in Wallets. The Idea for keeping the coins into the exchanges is very dangerous so to speak.
