One task that businesses always undertake when it has to do with their staff is training. That's to ensure that the staff gets better to keep on working.

Two of the skills that staff of a business organization need to perform well are emotional intelligence and leadership ability.

Can training impart that to a staff or it is a lost cause?

Emotional intelligence and leadership can be learned by a staff that doesn't have it. It would take a long period to train though.

In some ways this is a skill, so therefore it can be taught to those who don't have it, but have in the back of your mind that it might take some Time.

I believe training is necessary to bring out the best in your staff. No matter the duration it will take, leadership training is continuous.

Good question, I don't know. First and foremost, age matters a lot in this, because the older they get, the harder it is to instill these values. Second, I don't know, because for me, it all starts with one's own values as a person.

Some things just need personal experience and learning for the personal to know and acknowledge the need for it.
