Is it realist for a married person to practice frugality? Or it is more realistic for single people?

Married people always have expenses to run much more than single people. They have to pay for fees, snacks and other expenses for their kids as a necessity.

Is it even realistic for a married person to practice frugality? Or it is something that is really exclusive to single people?

Even married people can be conscious of how they spend money. That doesn't mean they would make their families to suffer because of frugality.

Single people have greater control over their life and money though it is difficult for them to go on a holiday, especially if they are older and female.

It is very easy for a single person to starve himself or herself just to save money. Not a married person with lots of responsibilities.

It depends on how one sees frugality. If married people can't be frugal, does it mean they have to be extravagant? No. Married people can be reasonably frugal.

I think it's easier for single people than for married couples, especially one that has children or a full family.

It is a bit difficult for a married person to be frugal. But they can still do it in their own way. But not as much as single people.

Regardless of status, married or single is entitled to live ib frugality if that is their choice. It doesn't mean that because you're single you have to be frugal. It all depends on the economic situation of the person if live frugally.
