Is it realistic that a complete novice can build a site within an hour using CMS?

People always say that the use of CMS for building sites is so simple that a complete beginner can just do it. I have never learned how to use any CMS.

But how true is it that if I just get introduced to CMS now, I would be able to build my own site in the next hour?

It won’t be easy to build a site with a cms if you haven’t used it before, however, you could use a website builder that’s provided by a Hosting provider as they have a drag and drop system.

Which makes building sites a lot easier when you’re a beginner.

I know that it would take you some practice for like three times to be able to use WordPress to build a site.

I don't know much about this area since it's not my field, but I don't think it's possible for someone who has never used it before or with any experience to use it.

I too have really read a lot about that. However with my personal experience, l think that depends on the intelligence of one's brain. It's very possible for the genius people in other words.
