Is it too late for one to enter the Bitcoin market now?

I heard someone tell another yesterday that the person should have entered the Bitcoin market when the price was $15K. That it is too late for the person to enter the Bitcoin market now.

Is it really too late for anyone to enter the Bitcoin market as it stands now? What is your opinion on this?
