Is it true that bontarus forum would come back to life?

I am sure that most of us are very much aware about the bontarus forum which suspended to the paid posting services for a while some times back.
So l have read from somewhere that the former paid to post forum site would resume it's operation as a paid to post site.

Bontarus is death as grave yard. It is not functioning and it is very unfortunate we lose another upcoming pay per post forum. It is well.
