I was speaking to a friend today who is a guy and he said that ladies don't struggle to get likes and comments on their social media activity compared to guys.

He said the only thing ladies need to get social media engagements is just to be fine. Do you think it is true?

Do ladies get likes, shares and comments easily on Social Media?

The dynamics of social media can change, and viewership, interaction, and content are frequently key factors in success. Although it may appear that some groups are more successful than others, success is individualized and varied. It all comes down to connecting with your audience and discovering your own voice. However, I think males are more supportive in this context compared to females.
All this English AI like English you are speaking is far from reality. Women carry sexual appeal which they use to their advantage because the males would always try to see if they can get the ladies attention. It is a natural thing. Generally, a ladies social media inbox is always saturated at any point in time with messages. That gives you an idea of why they would get more traction on social media.

Most females don't even need to expose anything for the engagement from the male folk. They just need to be attractive. Anyways, it is good that some ladies are using the attention from the male folk on social media to engagement and conversions.

The main reasons behind this is that most female expose their private parts on their photos for the sake of attraction.
Yes this is one reason, though not all ladies, but this is why you see most of them post these kind of provocative pictures just to gain attention.
