I got this advice from an experienced crypto friend. He said that I should not be looking at my crypto portfolio everyday. That doing so would make me want to sell my impulse.

What is the relationship between looking at your crypto portfolio daily and making impulsive decisions on your assets?

That's right, if someone who opens a crypto portfolio every day which is generally done by novice investors, especially if they always compare it with the very volatile crypto market price. Of course sooner or later it will cause disturbances in emotions such as anxiety, fear, etc., so it is not surprising that it will cause impulsive behavior.
