For some people, as they are able to have huge money in their lives, they become uneasy. They would start going on a spending spree to get to enjoy what they were never able to afford before the money came in.

Some people argue that it is the poor people that are prone to exhibit this kind of behavior. Is that true?

In some cases, if a professional starts making more money innovating, the rich and powerful notice it and try to frame or criminally defame the person, so that they can cheat, exploit and rob the person for the rest of his or her life to become even richer

Poor people have not seen huge money before. And would most likely be wasteful with it when it comes into their life.

Not all, though most of them tend to misbehave because they get carried away when they meet some large amount of money.
That's right they get carried away when they see money and begins to do the wrong things and sometimes even neglect their families

The worst is (at least, in my geographic area, but I came to know that things have worsened in my former country also) they spend on stupid things as parties that cost the same of an entire university degree, shopping malls located in another city (so they also spend on fuel and maybe parking), luxury cars only to impress other people...

I might agree with the small mindedness of people. That small mindedness is because they are poor though.
it might just be about poor people. it's just that people of small minds do this all the time. They allow money to control them

It is true that people never have had big money do not actually know how to handle money when they get access to money
It's not everyone there are still people who know how to handle and care for money even if they don't have access to money before so I think that poor people can even handle money once they have access to one
