Take it or leave it. Human beings are not equal. No matter how you try to deny it, every business has VIP customers. They buy big, at a higher price than others and regularly make big orders.
Is it wrong as a business person to give this kind of big customers preferential treatment? Like attending to such a customer first before attending to another customer or allowing such a customer to jump the queue and get served first?
