When it comes to staff management, rewards go a long way to encourage staff that have done well to even do better. But it seems that the best way to reward a staff is to give monetary rewards. Is it possible to reward staff without giving them money?

Other than monetary rewards, there are other fringe benefits which can be offered to the staff such as medical insurance, paid holidays, and recreation club membership.
All these kinds of incentives are given to only employees of big businesses in my country. It is not common for everyday employees.

I think that employers could also use gifts, presents and handouts to the staffs for motivational purposes.
Presents and gifts are all some sort of financial rewards too. And in this generation, anything that doesn't have a financial implication doesn't make sense at all.
