Relationship building is important in small businesses. It's noticeable that employees in a small business have a very strong relationship. They always communicate about the progress of the business, the problems of the business and how they get involved themselves in problem - solving especially if it's about low sales or not hitting the target quota.

They're always supporting the business owner and that's how they empower to make the business solid and withstand amidst rivals. That's the power of building a strong relationship despite business small because they know how to make it big through their strong supports to the business owner who also has a good relationship with them.
